Practice Areas
 - Family Law - My firm handles a full range of Family Law matters including divorce, equitable distribution, alimony, support, custody as well as premarital agreements, paternity and adoption. I deal with both contested and non contested proceedings, including the preparation of agreements concerning support, custody and division of assets, as well as litigating these matters when necessary. I appear frequently in front of Master's offices in Bucks and Montgomery counties on equitable distribution cases, including cases involving closely held businesses, professional practices, pension, stock option and executive compensation packages and their values. I also litigate these matters before the trial court and prosecute and/or defend appeals. I have litigated the involuntary termination of parental rights, contested adoptions and defended petitions to vacate adoptions and I also handle noncontested private and familial adoptions.
- Estate Planning, Probate and Administration - My firm handles estate planning which is the area dealing with the distribution of an individual's property at his or her death and advising on the best arrangement of assets to minimize tax impact. We file wills for probate which is the court proceeding through which a will is proved to be valid after which the estate of a descendent is administered. The process, generally, includes collecting a decedent's assets, liquidating liabilities, paying necessary taxes, and distributing property to heirs. Estate administration includes the probate process as well as non-probate transfers of the deceased's assets and may also include the issue of descent and distribution. When a descendant dies without a will, state law then directs the probate court and the estate's representative how to distribute the deceased's estate.
